Alpine Hotspot with the Largest Spa Area in Tyrol

Located in the heart of the beautiful Ötztal Valley, the AQUA DOME is a haven for wellness enthusiasts.


Thermal water: The thermal water originates from a deep reservoir located at a depth of 1,865 meters. The sodium chloride sulphate water comes from a sulphur spring rich in divalent sulphur (contents 5 mg S-- /l), with a temperature of 26.7° Celsius. The water is pumped up and reaches a temperature of 40° Celsius when it comes to the surface, with a flow velocity of about 3-4 litres per second.


Thermal spa: The Ursprung spa dome in the shape of a glass crystal offers two indoor pools with a water temperature of 34° and 36° Celsius. The Talfrische outdoor spa contains three seemingly levitating bowl-shaped pools with a diameter from 12 to 16 metres: one brine pool with underwater music and light effects, one massage pool with a fountain of thermal water and one jacuzzi pool. Additionally, there is a 25-metres swimming pool for sports, an activity pool with underwater fitness equipment, relaxation areas, a glazed panorama area for our hotel guests only, a separate indoor and outdoor children’s area with daily care and free animation programme.


Gletscherglühen sauna world: Measures more than 2,000 m², includes a loft sauna, earth sauna, sauna canyon, hay barn sauna, steam dome, steam bath, herb bath, brine steam bath, brine grotto, whirlpool, swimming pool, shower world, ice grotto, Kneipp trail, thematised rest areas, spiral garden, panoramic whirlpool, outdoor area and sauna bar.


Gipfelsturm fitness centre: Strength and cardiovascular training with state-of-the-art equipment, aerobics, spinning, personal training and fitness checks. Relaxation training, Qi Gong, yoga, choreo dance, aqua fitness, Tae Bo, Nordic walking, aqua gymnastics, fat burner, Pilates, aqua cycling and much more.


Beauty & SPA Morgentau: All-encompassing treatment programme in 17 treatment rooms, facial treatments and body care, massages (Ötztal hot stone massage, Tyrolean honey massage), men’s specials like the anti-stress programme for managers, noble beauty treatments like Shiseido, Trehs or Biosel.


Premium area SPA 3000: From December 2012, guests are offered exclusive well-being pleasure on the roof of the spa complex on an area of 2,000 m². On two floors, it contains, among others: Alpine herb sauna, herbal pack bath, gentian pool, Ötztal crystal bath, mineral shower, couple treatment room, Hochsitz bar, lounge around a fire staging, Längenfelder Badl’n double tubs filled with thermal water from Längenfeld, spacious relaxation areas and Finnish sauna with panoramic views of the Ötztal mountains.
